Your account is not accessible via IMAP due to excessive usage - Outlook 2013
Good evening,
I have one of our staffs email addresses which is recieving the following error in Microsoft Outlook 2013:
"Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is currently not accessible via IMAP due to excessive usage: Kindly try after some time"
This email address is only being accessed by this one IMAP client in Outlook and from the Admin Console reports, I can't see it getting lots of usage.
What can we do to fix this error? It only seems to be affecting this PC / Outlook email address in the company.
Many thanks
