Just sharing my recent experience using this kind of method. I'm building a feeder file to auto log record to zCreator and since Zoho Desk option doesn't have this trigger, so my way is to fetch this

Currently I'm using URL trigger to fetch CX Feedback 

The method is working but my problem is the refresh token to auto gen, I'm sorry but I'm unfamiliar with this kind of method.
