Zia Agents/End of Day Reports

Zia Agents/End of Day Reports

As a manager or owner it would be nice if Zia analyzed today's (or this week's tickets) and gave an end of the day report to management team.

- what important tickets were worked on or submitted today?
- what agents were unproductive today and answered little tickets/missed called etc?
- what tickets need my attention
- some motivation/information descriptions "your team had a great day!" or "your team was off pace today"
- Overall sentiment of the day with users "most users responded well to your team today"
- Customers/Accounts that are losing faith in support (sentiment is on a trend downwards)

The information should be very graphical with lots of large bold face "Your team did good today in this area" type of titles.

Perhaps this can be incorporated into the new Zia Agents feature.
