Anyone can help with this. 

I already configure this before we launch the zobot. But Send a Message and end the conversation in this case how do I test on it. Kindly help on this today whether there is send a message and end conversation are working or not. Because I need to get back to my boss today. And when text is like keyword 'BAPS' should provide answer auto. But now when text in BAPS it goes to missed chat. Suppose I configure that part only shows. Before that not go for a missed chat. It is working normally just now. Kindly solve it. And also how to test it send message 10 min and End Conversation 20min. Because we are used keywords and auto answers. How do I test it.
