zohi inventory and shopify sync issue

We are having issues with items in shopify not syncing with Zoho inventory. Followed the steps to unlink from sales channel, editing the items in shopify and initiating a manual sync. Net result being , the items that did manage to sync all got synced under one single name and when you expand It shows that consisting of four different SKUs. 

There are items that not syncing at all. 

Background : we were using multi country pricing app in shopify that cloned all the items , which we uninstalled and cleared out remnants of it from Zoho inventory.
