Zoho and PayPal Problem.

Hello, I am having a problem with ZOHO invoices it seems. I have been using intuit quick books for a while and I saw that ZOHO had the same features for less price and with more invoices, clients and recurring billing too. So i went ahead and canceled my Intuit account and joined up here. I moved in a few of my clients to test. I set up a couple of recurring invoices to go out to clients who I host and I have set up a couple of normal invoices going to people who owe me money for web design and site maintenance. So, I sent them all out and they were received and paid but when I went and logged into zoho invoices, none of the amounts owed were showing paid and all of the totals were the same as before. Its like the system did not receive anything back from PayPal to let it know that the payment was made. How can I fix this?
This is kind of important to me because once  i move all of my hosting clients and web site maintenance clients and some contractors I have into it, it will be way to hard to do all of this manually and keep it all up manually and still manage a normal workday, lol. Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?
