Elevate to Admin Mode for iOS devices

Technicians can now elevate an active session to Admin Mode directly from the iOS app. This feature lets the technician switch the remote computer from a standard user account to an admin account by entering credentials right from their mobile app. This gives you full administrative privileges mid-session, so you can handle advanced system configurations and respond to prompts on the remote computer, all without interrupting the workflow or switching devices.

Device Overview

When you connect to a remote computer, the Device Overview dashboard shows you everything you need to know about the machine at a glance. It brings together three key areas: Hardware Resource, Device Identity, and Operating System Details. No more digging through menus or asking the customer for specs—you get the complete hardware and OS profile the moment you connect.

Session Tools in remote support session

You can now access essential Linux diagnostic tools directly from the session, just like you already do for Mac and Windows. Connecting from a Windows device, you get tools such as Task Manager, Command Prompt, Device Manager, Registry Editor, and more, right where you need them. No more switching windows or starting a separate session just to check a process or tweak a setting.

Custom cursor support

Custom cursor support synchronizes the remote cursor's appearance with the viewer, ensuring application-specific cursor changes are displayed accurately. This creates a more natural remote experience, enhances accuracy, and helps users navigate with confidence.
