Zoho Assist freezes when a user joins the session.
Hi,
I was trying out Zoho Assist (As I was hoping to purchase a subscription and wanted to make sure it fit our needs first) and it seems like the desktop plugin completely freezes (Just showing a gray screen where I can't click anything on the window) when the user joins on their end. I am on Windows 10 version 1607 and build 15048. The only way to close the plugin at this point is to close it using the task manager.
