Zoho Assit Join Session Failed

Zoho Assist fails when trying to run a session on the remote users system.

They are running Windows 10 with all updates installed. I have uninstalled re-installed Zoho assist. I have ran sfc /scannow, and the Dism commands and chkdsk /f. No corrupt files were found.

This is a screen shot of the error 



The error message translates to:

Zoho Assist"Join session failed due to the following reason: [WIN_ERROR] (System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception): The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable."

This indicates that the error occurred because a file or directory is damaged and cannot be read during the attempt to join a session in Zoho Assist.

I am unsure which directory it is referring to under system32. 
I have attached the log files from the Log directory.
