I am unable to add new calls with this error message stating that there is a 25000 records limit in Bigin and we have to upgrade to Zoho CRM to continue. What is the reason for this and what is the resolution?

What is 25000 Limit on? Moving to a new system now is really overwhelming and this limit is not stated explicitly anywhere else before we signed up.
