Zoho Booking Integration Block In Sales IQ Is Not Compatible With WhatsApp
Zoho Sales IQ recently added a feature to integrate Zoho Bookign with Sales IQ using the integration block. It really helped a lot in making the appointment booking process smooth through the chat window itself.
But here the major issue I can notice is that the integration block is not compatible with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. So in this scenario, the chat flow just got stuck in WhatsApp and did not proceed further if you have a Zoho booking integration blocked added in the chat flow.
In this case, do we have to create two different chat flows? One for the web with Zoho booking integration and the second for WhatsApp and Messenger Applications without Zoho booking integration.
Any other alternate anyone can suggest?
