The synchronization of the Calendar from Outlook with the ZOHO Outlook Plugin is not working correctly.

The problem we have is extreme with existing users on newly configured computers.

As you can see in the pictures, the outlook calendar is lacking a lot of appointments.

I made a screenshot of the ZOHO calendar so you can see the difference. (from the same user)

Also I include the configuration of the outlook plugin.

We installed the newest plugin from the Zoho Website and also tried older versions and no change at all.

The operating system of our computers is Windows 10 pro 64bit. We use Microsoft office standard 2010.

The synchronization in general is very buggy and in situations like this, it is un-usable.
