Hello,

I'm a big fan of Zoho CRM & Books. I tried Zoho Cliq which is good, love the other Zoho apps integration.

But I still prefer Slack.

I would like to send all incoming messages from Zoho Cliq to Slack. So I stay on Slack for messages and I'm notified when new messages in Cliq where I can continue the conversation.

In Zapier it's only the other way.

I installed the Slack connection into Cliq but don't understand how it works ?

Where do I configure the forwarding Cliq => Slack ?
