Zoho Creator lookup field data transfered to Zoho Forms form

Hi guys,

Struggling with this but I have a form in Zoho creator with a lookup to the ID which works great within the app. Trouble is I need my form to be a bit more child friendly and Zoho Forms offers this in the picture options that it has. I have now built my form in Zoho Forms and created a corresponding form in Creator and set up a Zoho Flow that means all the data once completed is passed back in to the Zoho Creator app.

Happy days! But there is one more thing I need. I have created a form in Creator that asks the customer to choose from the lookup before then opening the Zoho Form. I want that ID information to then be stored in the Zoho form to append back in to Zoho Creator again later so that the data marries up.

I am able to open forms within Zoho creator using this method but not from Creator to Forms. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
