Right now, I am trying to setup a Notes form within Zoho Creator. This Notes will note the Note section under Accounts > Selected Account. Right now, I use Zoho Flow to push the notes and it works just fine, with text only. Images do not get sent  (there is a File Upload field for the Notes form in Creator). I am using Deluge to try to push the notes since Zoho WorkDrive won't work (due to access limitations.)

Whenever I try to add images with my code I get this error output:
