Zoho CRM and Google Contacts Sync Not Working

Hello all!

I've been stumped by this issue since last Friday. I've setup Zoho CRM (Professional edition) to sync with my Google Contacts (Google Apps for Domain). As far as I can tell the Google ID is the right one. I've also checked the Zoho CRM app in my Google Apps domain control panel and all the permissions are green.

I've re-read the corresponding wiki page (zohocrm.wiki.zoho.com/Synchronizing-Google-Contacts.html) line by line. I've erased and re-created the setup 3 times now but absolutely nothing happens (most recently with the "My Records" check box ticked - no go).

I've also searched the forum here and the support section for any gotchas or similar experiences from other users and haven't seen anything.

If someone can point me to the right direction I would be immensely greatful.
