Zoho CRM - Writing Assistant Tone
Hi Zoho CRM Team,
Text in my emails often gets underlined in yellow because I tend to use a more informal tone with my client's, like using "I'm" instead of "I am".
Is there some way for me to tell the system that this is my preferred writing tone, so it doesn't suggest using a formal tone?
