ZOho desk article integration.
Hello,
We added the chat bot fonction in zoho desk using Sales IQ. We enable the integration of the articles from Zoho desk.
But we are having an issue. All our articles are in multiple languages but the synch only bring the english version.
Any ideas on how to make sure we bring other languages?
