Zoho Desk / Assist Integration

Good day, 

We use both Zoho Desk and Assit, and were wondering if there is a way to schedule a remote session from within Desk. 

I know Desk has the "Remote Assist" option, but even that is not the most user-friendly process.

Or even if there is a way to simply attach a link to a reply, allowing the tech to add a message. 

Currently, when you press Remote Assist, it opens an invitation in a new tab and hides the ticket. If you want to send a message, you have to close the invitation and send a new one. 

I also installed the plugin from the marketplace, but when I press manage under the settings, it tells me I have to subscribe, I already have a subscription with 4 techs
