Zoho desk mapping domain - Cname nor recognized by Zoho

Hi,

I am trying to map a custom domain for our portal, but I keep on getting this error:

The cname appears to be correctly setup however:

It was done a week ago and still not working. The subdomain is also created on the hosting provider.

What am I missing here?
