Zoho Desk Ticket Resolution Update via Zapier (Formatting Question)
Hello,
I am trying to send a ticket resolution update into a Zoho Desk Ticket, and I want to add new lines to space out the content.
However, when sending the request to update the resolution with newlines, the request fails stating it is formatted wrong.
When sending the request without newlines, the request works fine.
I have tried formatting the content with HTML to create the newlines, however this does not work and the HTML is seen in the ticket resolution.
Is it possible to format the ticket resolution via a Zapier request so it is readable?
