Zoho Desktop and does it sync correctly?

I am using Zoho Desktop and saved a file on our companies WORKSPACE
When another user accesses this saved document through their Zoho Desktop folder, open the document, and save the changes we get another file created with a (1) in our WORKSPACE. We have tried using save and save as. Why is this happening?

The document should save with the same file name
