His expertise spans Zoho applications like CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, and Desk, while also extending to web development, Deluge scripting, and AWS. Eric's skill set includes building integrations on platforms like Google Cloud and AWS, utilizing languages like Python, Ruby, PHP, and JavaScript.
