We book a job on ServiceM8 to dispatch a technician for customers. We'd like the notes from ServiceM8 to be added to CRM module (Contacts)--the notes should be added to customer's profile.

But, "Add notes" requires the "Entity ID". However, ServiceM8 does not have the same ID from its list. Please see the image below. Any idea how I can go about this?
