Hi there, 

any plans of adding integrations with Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp into Zoho Flow?

Seems that more and more business are delivering automated updates such as "your order is received",  "your order has been shipped" and so on via these two platforms.

Not sure if Whatsapp has the API access needed i am pretty sure that Facebook Messenger has...
