Zoho Form change ownership issue

Zoho Form change ownership issue

Hello, I have admin access to zoho forms and i am trying to change the ownership of a form to another user. But change owner option won't list any users at all. Try to type all options like first name last name, a few other letters etc.  Any tricks which would help me here?
