Zoho Form CRM Integration is not working to update an Account record

I hope this message finds you well. I am stuck with this issue that I can not solve as the integration with the CRM is not working.
I have created a Form with Account details that I look forward to being able to send to the businesses and they will provide their details. My main goal is to keep up to date our CRM.
So, the first challenge is that from the CRM, in Accounts, I can not send emails so I do not know how I will be able to map that email and address to the form.
What I thought of doing, is to manually send each business an email with a URL link with an pre-filled value for a hidden field which will be the name of the business in our CRM. (This is to avoid that they put a different name thus duplicating our records). So far, so good. In a testing environment, it is working and that is captured in the field. However, the problem is that then the integration is not working. I can only see the following error message when I check the entry of the form.

I have checked and is exactly the same name of the account, which is "Testing Account".
What is the issue? Any clue how can I solve it or how can I try a different approach to meet my objective?
Seems to me a pretty common use case. I have been able to do it for contacts but not for accounts it seems so.
