Zoho FSM - Customer feedback
We are looking to implement Zoho FSM as we already use many of the other Zoho applications and love how it integrates between platforms.
We would like to customize the look of the customer report that is presented so it is a little less clunky and more aesthetically pleasing but perhaps more importantly for us, we would like to know how the customer review element works on the service reports to enable us to import the data into Zoho CRM or Books and to enable us to customize the various elements our customer review us on i.e. Responsiveness, cost, report detail, etc...
