Zoho fsm scheduled maintenance dispatch
Hi,
I'm reaching out regarding an issue I'm encountering with the Scheduled Maintenance feature in Zoho FSM. I’m trying to configure it so that it automatically dispatches all maintenance jobs scheduled within the next 150 days, starting from today.
However, when I set the dispatch rule to "150 days before the due date," the system only schedules jobs in 150 days, but not all jobs from today up to 150 days in the future.
What I’d like is for the system to dispatch all upcoming maintenance events between now and the next 150 days — essentially generating all future occurrences within that window as soon as I activate the schedule.
This is quite problematic for us, as most of our maintenance jobs are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. Not having them dispatched properly and in advance makes it difficult to manage our operations efficiently.
Could you please advise if this is possible with the current setup? If not, is there a workaround or upcoming enhancement that would allow this behavior?
