Zoho Inventory: item pictures not shown in pdf view and pdf print on orders (PO and SO)
All,
we add pictures to items (jpg, png) which are nicely shown on the item page.
When we add such an item to a purchase order and/or a sales order we see the pciture in the normal view but not when we enable the "shows as PDF": also when we print the pdf, the pictures are not printed!
it does not matter whether we add the picture by drag and drop or by file browsing.
It does not happen with every item we create
It appears that the pictures of items created ages ago are not printed anymore as well.
did something change under the hood or is there any explanation?
Is there a way to fix this asap?
