Zoho Inventory to Zoho CRM - Option to either link by SKU or Product Name
We have multiple Shopify sites we want to link to inventory, but the product names we have on the sites are different although the SKU is the same.
We need to be able to link by SKU not product name into the CRM for our CS agents to see product inventory levels
At the moment we can't two way sync between inventory and CRM as we keep getting duplicates being created.
It seems odd that an inventory system doesn't allow syncing by SKU as an identifier.
