ZOHO Inventory - Update Custom URL Field

I am trying to update a Custom URL Field Inside the Zoho Inventory But not will happen, below I am sharing my sample code with you can anyone help me with the same?

- customfieldmap3 = Map();
- customfieldmap3.put("label","Podcasts Link");
- customfieldmap3.put("value",ifnull(MegaphoneProdcast.getJSON("URL_FIELD_API"),""));
