Just about to sign up to Zoho but wanted to better understand functionality of Zoho Mail within CRM...
Specifically, we have just purchased a new domain which will be the name for our emails. What we'd like is for email to be IMAP so that any email we send to or receive from a contact of lead within CRM, whether it be from our iPhone, Mac Mail or Zoho CRM, that the email will be logged under the appropriate lead/account automatically.
What we are looking to achieve is a transparent logging of all emails sent to and received from customers who have a lead/account sent up in CRM.
Is this possible?
