Zoho Mail integration into CRM
Hello,
I am a new user to Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail. Recently I sent out a mass email to all of my leads. When some of these leads responded I expected the responses to also appear in the email category of that particular lead. This didn't happen their response only came to my email. Will this not automatically happen? I want to keep all correspondence between leads/contacts/accounts in their respective places, how can I do this?
Please help!!
