Zoho Mail - Search function when adding an email to the CRM

Hi Zoho,

We currently use the Microsoft Outlook Plugin tool to add our emails to the CRM. We will be getting a mac computer for the office soon, and I have set up Zoho email so I can continue to add emails to the CRM.

However, Zoho mail automatically creates a lead or contact from the email address the email was sent from (or automatically adds the email to that contact) when using the Add To function.

In our buisness we get a lot of forwarded emails from our main sales email and salespeople, and I need the function to search for a contact/lead in Zoho to add the email to. Is this possible in Zoho email (like it was in the Outlook Plugin to search)?
