Zoho Mail: Stream don't show answer as new Mail (Bold)

Hey, 

so i created a few Groups for our company in ZMail to work as a Team on the correspondence with our Customers through the ZMail Stream feature.

Examples for Groups:

-Sales for Company 1
-Sales for Company 2
-Sales for Company 3
-Social Media
-Marketing

I added the corresponding E-Mail-Adresses to those Groups. Now we use the commenting feature to tag a mail as answered or in process so that everybody knows the actual state this question is in.

Problem:
When we answer an Email and the customer texts us back, his response in the Stream is not shown like a new Mail in Bold black letters like it is shown when the mail is new! The stream also shows a litte number that there is something new when we click on "unread" in this stream the number disappears and we don't see what the stream was referring to. We know that than the mail in the highest position has an response but when this happens on a weekend or evening the sales person totally loses track which mail is worked on and which isn't.

Is it possible to let every response to be shown in bold in the stream of the respective user?
