Zoho Meeting Desktop App Installation

Hello,

one of my users is trying to install the Zoho Meeting Desktop app on to his laptop, but when he tries it says that it cannot proceed as another installation is taking place.

We have rebooted his laptop and checked it out but cannot see anything being installed.

Any assistance most welcome.
