Hi Zoho community!
We're relatively new with Zoho One solutions. As the Manager, Client Success I'm looking to speak with other leadership individuals who have leaned on Zoho One products to streamline and simplify your workflows while leveraging all the interconnectivity of Zoho One platforms.

The current state of our project is preparing to transition to Zoho Desk with Sales IQ Zobots+ Live Chat support and how all of this can compliment/integrate with Zoho CRM for proper customer health tracking etc.

      • How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?

        A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
