Zoho One/Recruit Setup

Just going through my Zoho One setup and have a few questions:

Office 365/Email Integration
  1. How can I integrate my outlook sent & received emails with Recruit? - Looking for email conversations to be logged against a candidate note for example.
Client Section
  1. Client section - can't find this at all. Not in the top menu or under modules.
  2. Currently having suitable job vacancies scraped from job sites for me to contact and bring on as a new client. I've set up a module that matches the CSV of data I've imported and will continue to import. Ideally looking for these jobs a multiple jobs be associated to their relevant clients. 
  3. Will then call via job vacancy and log note to that vacancy or client - guessing I'll need some form of automation to sync the notes between both?
