Dear Team,

Unfortunately ZOHO Payroll product not working as expected. I am really disappointed because of validation and no proper data structure. The service was not working correctly.

I am not able to delete the revised salary, even though I rejected it.

Not able to delete the employee details 

Not able to add/hide the Salary columns easily

Every time I need to delete the employee/ salary template if I need to update any new salary component

I already sent emails and not received a response from your side. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until before seeking help from your higher officials or escalation.
