Zoho Recruit - Inbound Emails Not Showing up in Record

Hello, 

We are using Zoho Recruit, and have all of our emails mapped accordingly from our gmail. All outbound emails are showing up on the Application/Candidate record page, but no INBOUND emails.  

Any ideas?
