Hello, I am writing to share my feedback on the experience of using Zoho Recruit. 

I will be cancelling my subscription, but thought it was important that I shared why.

Job Opening:

- No closing date as standard option.

This does not make sense at all. There are very few jobs that would be open indefinitely. Having to go to account summary and then unpublish the jobs is not a great customer experience. 

Applicant Resumes:

I am unable to download the candidate resumes. This is untenable. 

The two above points make Zoho Recruit unusable.
