Hello,
I was informed by external senders that their emails to my addresses were rejected by Zoho Mail.
The emails were sent from external domains (including pfms.ba.gov.br domains), not from my own domain. However, Zoho rejected the messages with the following error:
“Email policy violation detected”
I would like to understand why Zoho rejected these external emails and what exactly triggered the policy violation.
My domain is:
engenhariapromec.com.br
I should also mention that I normally receive emails from many other external domains without issues, including from addresses that had previous delivery problems but later worked correctly after retrying the message. One example is domain salvadorshopping.com.br
Additionally, I have already verified my MX records and they appear to be correctly configured for Zoho Mail:
Because of these recurring and inconsistent delivery issues, I am starting to consider migrating to another email hosting/provider service.
