Zoho Reports Auto-import/refetch successive failures from dropbox and google drive

Hello everyone. This is to report an issue I have been dealing with for about 4 months now. I am having a succession of auto-import/refetch failures from a set of csv files from dropbox. I tried using google drive as well but the same issue is observed. These CSV files are dump exports from a database and are replaced/overwritten  to reflect updates (new records) regularly. We cannot proceed with allowing Zoho Reports to directly query the database since our internet connection is not that reliable and consistent (this is why we just allow dropbox/googledrive to sync csv files if internet is available). We allow Zoho to connect to dropbox and googledrive instead.

Please also note that the csv files can be imported and re-imported/refetched manually. However, when the auto-import kicks in (regardless of intervals), a refetch error message is displayed (please refer to attached image).

We'll be waiting for advise on how to resolve this issue.
