Zoho Reports - New features rolled out on Aug. 8, 2013
We are happy to announce that support for Activities module in Advanced Analytics Add-on for Zoho CRM, one of the most required features, is now available in the service. With this you will be able to create reports over Events, Tasks and Calls data in Zoho CRM, for better analysis & reporting.
For Activities module we have added 20+ insightful reports & dashboards for your convenience. This module will be synchronized for new users setting up the Advanced Analytics Add-on. Existing users can synchronize the newly supported module into their Zoho CRM Analytics reporting database in Zoho Reports by following the steps given below.
- Login to your Zoho CRM account.
- Click Setup > Apps and Add ons > Zoho Apps.
- Select Advanced CRM Analytics. The Advanced CRM Analytics page will open.
- Click Setting link, the Zoho Reports Configuration screen will open.
- Default fields for Activities modules will be automatically identified and selected. You can also select your own fields.
- Click Save. Data for Activities module will be synchronized.
