I got an email a few weeks back from the Product Manager of the Zoho resume extractor plugin, to tell my opinion about the new version. As it may be of interest to other users too, below here is my answer :

Yes, I am a user of the Resume Extractor Plugin. 
I think the new version is user friendly, visually speaking, but I do not see so much improvements regarding the features.
What would interest me a lot with this extension is to get it more "complete", so it could be a good mix/merge with other extensions that I currently use (but overload my toolbar), are these following ideas : 

1) Ability to "capture"  PDF files which have been download and that open themselves in a Chrome tab ?
It would avoid us to have to download the file, and upload/parse it with different ways (resume inbox, paste, etc...)

2) Ability to find back our list of (active) jobs there and close to it, just buttons to create and copy a shorter version of the URL's job description if the role has been published (as bitly does, one click, the new URL is now really short and has been automatically copied in the clipboard and we just have to paste it and send it to the candidate).

3) Find back the email/sms templates which have been created in Zoho recruit, and same thing as above, ability to copy/paste in one click 

4) upload/update profiles from Linkedin as Linkmatch does (with an icon on Linkedin to tell us immediately if it is already in the database)- With Resume Extractor, you are not far from what Linkmatch offers, but we just need more info and interactions between the ATS and our Linkedin network (icon to visualize, which one are already in base, and so on)

5) a dropdown menu to access all other zoho apps (crm, and so on)

6) a clipboard and URL shortener feature, so we can manually create and save short URL to easily share it to candidates/clients

With all of these ideas above, I would be able to get rid of these extensions (bitly, linkmatch, shortcuts for Zoho, Calendly, Permanent clipboard, Prokeys). Please, have a look at them to see how it works if needed.
