We work with both Zoho SalesIQ and Zoho CRM (we have installed the chat on our website). When a visitor arrives on our website and starts a discussion, if we convert it into a "Lead" in Zoho CRM, it is automatically created on an old layout that we no longer use (we have created other layouts adapted to our business ). Same problem for the "Deal". If we create the deal directly from the chat window, it is also created on an old layout that we no longer use...

We would like to be able to define the layouts for the Prospect and Deals created from the chat.

Is it possible ? If so, how to define these layouts in Zoho SalesIQ?
