Zoho SAML Assertions

Hi,

We're currently using our IDP (Identity Provider) to authenticate our users in the Zoho Help Center. The authentication process is functioning properly, but we're experiencing an issue where the First Name and Last Name fields are not being populated in Zoho.

We have attempted to use the common claim types as well as the ones specified by Zoho Support, which were "user.givenname" and "user.surname." Unfortunately, none of these options have been successful.

If anyone has knowledge regarding which claim types we should be using, we would greatly appreciate your assistance.
