Zoho Services are too slow. Responce times are unacceptable

Dear Zoho Team,

We've been using your services for about two years. And we are still facing problems with speed of your services and response time.

We use ISPs in Ukraine, Russia, Czech Republic and never got a fast and reliable services. We always have to wait.

Furthermore, just look at you own http://status.zoho.com/:
