Today, I am experiencing something unusual: Zoho Show keeps crashing and goes down with the data. When you try to reopen the same deck, you get that lovely "Presentation not found" error. This has happened today rather frequently with multiple decks.

I went through a similar situation before, so I know how to deal with it. I download the seemingly-corrupted deck in the PowerPoint format (.pptx) and then import it back to Zoho Show, which gives me the deck right before the crash. I guess saying it goes down with the data is a bit of an overstatement if you can get it back; but those who do not know this trick will certainly feel that way. I would freak out royally if I did not know this, but luckily I do so I can avoid the worst case and stay calm.

Those who don't, however, could be going crazy everywhere. You might want to look into it. Even though I can avoid the worst case, it is not fun, much less productive, to have to go through this process again and again
